|Description||: This house was established in the year 2002. It is up in the hills on the eastern boarder of Kerala some 80 kilometres away from Kappadu and is within the diocese of Kanjirappally There is a small monastery surrounded by 20 acres of Cardamom plantation. Presently two monks stay there: Fr. Aloysius (Biju) Njarakkattu, and expert in Cardamom cultivation, assisted by Fr. Martin Kuttikkattu, who is the financial administrator of the estate. The cardamom plantation is an important source of income for Kappadu.
