Mr. Ken, a British by birth but settled in Goa, India, since several years came to Kappadu on September 28th with the intention of spending a few months in the silent and prayerful atmosphere of the monastery. He could only spend two months with us. When he received the bad news that his wife at home was seriously ill he had to go away. Recently he has written expressing his desire to stay in the monastery for one more month. We have welcomed him; he will this time come with vegetable seeds from Australia, where he visited his two sons recently. During his two months’ stay with us he spent some time every day helping our students of Theology to improve their English.
