Syro-Malabar Liturgy
TheSyro-Malabar liturgy is the liturgy of the Thomas Christians of India. The name "SYRO-MALABAR" is actually a composite of two words: "SYRO" stands for the connection to the Syrian Church and "MALABAR" is the name of the coastal region in south-western India, which is also known as Kerala. Since the 4th century the Syro-Malabar Church isvery strongly connected with the Syrian church, of the same "Apostolic family".
