This house was founded in the year 2002. From the point of view of land, this is the smallest of the five houses. It has only five acres of land. The house is 25 kilometres away from Kappadu in the diocese of Palai and within the parish of Maryland. The land and an ordinary house within it were donated to Kappadu by an elderly catholic who did not have children. We constructed a small church and a new building with a few rooms and a dormitory for ten candidates. At the moment there are two monks staying there: Fr. Anselm Maniyakkupara is the superior and Fr. Thomas Vadakara the financial administrator. Many people from the locality attend daily Mass in the monastery and they maintain very cordial relationship with the community there.
